The Implementome visualizes digital health implementation data and allows users to navigate through the information, to analyze, filter for different interventions, regions, organizations, funders, etc. The Implementome also provides a Person Map displaying on a map view all the actors working on digital health implementation. An advanced filter function is also available when looking for specific items (ex: looking for tools addressing Communication roadblocks by using Decision support).
