The Ensemble Foundation supports people with intellectual disabilities associated or not with other disorders, from 18 months to old age, by prioritizing the potential of each person. It deploys its mission in around thirty locations in the Canton of Geneva. Among these, four commercial and artistic sites are located in the city: Au fil de l’eau, Au coin de ma rue, l’Artcade, Côté fourneaux.

Through personalized projects, it provides services in early education, specialized teaching and education, as well as socio-educational support. From the age of 18, housing services are offered.

Based on values ​​of integration and inclusion, partnership and self-determination, sometimes innovative concepts are developed. These include a mixed kindergarten, classes in public schools, personal development and pre-professional learning workshops, places to eat and sell products, artistic creation workshops, and urban housing conducive to social diversity and inclusion.
