The Foundation for Gender Equality (FEG) was created in 2022 to carry out the La Collective project. Since then, the Foundation has expanded its scope of action beyond this initial project and is developing its activities around 4 interdependent strategic axes.
The Foundation for Gender Equality (FEG) is a feminist organization that works to promote equality and combat gender-based inequalities, discrimination and violence. Its mission is to promote gender equality and strengthen the power of women and gender minorities to act, as well as the associations that support them. To this end, we are committed to a sustainable and systemic transformation of social norms and practices, as well as the legislative framework in Geneva, and more broadly in Switzerland.

The vision of the Foundation for Gender Equality is to contribute to building an inclusive society that promotes social justice, equality and human dignity and in which the power of women and gender minorities to act is effective both individually and collectively. Our vision of gender equality is that of a world in which gender is no longer a factor of violence and discrimination.
