The International Association for Humanitarian Medicine Brock Chisholm is a professional, non-profit, non-governmental organization that promotes and delivers health care on the principles of Humanitarian Medicine, perpetuating the ideals of Dr George Brock Chisholm, founding father of WHO.
IAHM promotes, provides, delivers and supports peoples' health in developing countries.

In particular it:

• provides medical, surgical and nursing care to patients in or from developing countries deficient in the necessary specialized expertise;
• mobilizes hospitals and health specialists in developed countries to receive and treat such patients on a humanitarian basis;
• collaborates with other institutions pursuing similar objectives;
• promotes the availability of Health For All.
